We are using a new online service called Register with a GP surgery that makes it easy to register with The High Street Practice.
The service is designed and run by the NHS, so your personal information is safe. It cuts our administrative workload and makes it easier for you to register.

Please email your proof of address and some form of Identification such as passport or drivers licence to nhsnwl.highstreetpractice@nhs.net
Providing documents are not a mandatory requirement and we will not refuse registration if you are unable to provide these. We are registered as a safe surgery Safe Surgeries – Doctors of the World. Everyone is the UK has the right to free care from a GP. If you don’t have proof of iD or address, you can still register. Immigration status does not matter – reception won’t share your information with the Home Office unless crime is involved.
